Kris Wenmark is a dedicated attorney with deep roots in Florida. Born and raised in the Sunshine State, he earned degrees in Political Science and Criminology from Florida State University before obtaining his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Kris was actively involved in various clubs and volunteer programs, fostering his commitment to service and advocacy.

Kris began his legal career representing banking institutions and insurance companies in real estate and personal injury matters. He then spent four years handling property insurance cases, gaining invaluable insight into the strategies used by insurance carriers. For the past two years, he has focused on representing Florida homeowners, using his experience from the insurance industry to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Now a proud member of Premier Property Law, Kris continues his mission of guiding Floridians through the often complex and stressful insurance claims process. Known for his compassion, attentiveness, and strong communication skills, he is also a tenacious advocate who works diligently to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.

Kris lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida, with his wife, son, and their beloved cats and dogs. In his free time, he enjoys following local sports, visiting Florida’s beautiful beaches, and spending quality time with his family, making the most of everything the state has to offer.
