Alexander Bowen is a native Floridian who started his career as an attorney representing insurance companies in civil litigation, primarily in first-party property homeowners insurance claim disputes. He now uses the knowledge he learned about the insurance industry and the tactics insurance companies use to take advantage of homeowners throughout the claim process to fight for Florida and Colorado homeowners’ rights and get them the money needed to fix their homes as soon as possible.

Mr. Bowen is a second-generation attorney who grew up in a law practice focused on helping Floridians through their worst financial hardships in bankruptcy, and is also barred in Florida and Colorado. He utilizes his prior experiences and passion for giving back to his community to help Florida and Colorado property owners through every step of the insurance claim process and litigation stages to provide peace of mind while negotiating on their behalf in an effort to resolve every claim quickly and efficiently. Mr. Bowen carefully analyzes the facts of every case and uses his knowledge of the law to aggressively protect his clients’ rights while striving to provide the highest standard of legal representation for every client.
