Linda Pisano, Esq. brings nearly 30 years of unparalleled legal expertise to the table. Beginning her passion for trial work as a certified legal intern with the Special Assistant US Attorney’s office, she quickly made her mark prosecuting federal crimes. Her journey then led her to the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she handled over 75 jury trials, advancing from DUI/Misdemeanors to the felony division and the Career Criminal Robbery Unit. Her prosecutorial experience spans DUI, child abuse, armed robbery, and second-degree murder.

Transitioning to civil litigation, Ms. Pisano excelled in large insurance defense firms, tackling liability, workers’ compensation, and professional malpractice cases. She spent six impactful years as in-house counsel for The Hartford Insurance Company and contributed her expertise to Fidelity National. As a freelance professional, she aided insurance companies in investigating fraudulent claims and dedicated a decade as a mediation specialist with Citizens Property Insurance.

A certified mediator, Ms. Pisano achieved partnership at a major insurance defense firm before shifting her focus to representing homeowners in claims against insurance carriers. She has held pivotal roles as managing attorney and Senior Trial Counsel at plaintiffs’ law firms, with a keen focus on large losses and federal litigation.

Ms. Pisano is married with two children and a house full of rescued fur babies. She has a love of travel, good wine, spending time with friends, and relaxing at the beach with a good book. She is a proud graduate of Florida State University and Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center.

Currently, as a Senior Litigation Attorney with Premier Property Law, Linda Pisano utilizes her decades of experience to passionately advocate for policyholders’ rights.
